Mayuka was "generated" from Tenchi's and Yazuha's (dark Jurain Tree's essence) DNA. So Tenchi didn't marry somebody to produe Mayuka, she was just created or cloned.

Mayuka appears in Tenchi Muyo in the movie: Tenchi Muyo! Manatsu no Eve!. She is really a "puppet" of Yazuha's because Yazuha can place a hypnotic control over her at any time. She was sent to Earth on a mission to "steal" Tenchi away to the Dimension of Darkness (Of course Mayuka didn't know about this, Yazuha was controling her. Mayuka was "caught up in a conspiracy which eventually costs her, her life"). In order to teleport him here, Mayuka has to "make out" with Tenchi.

Mayuka's has traits, personalities, and appearances from Ryoko, Sasami, Ayeka, and Mihoshi. Her powers are a combination from her "mother" and father. She can create illusions, generate a sword similiar to Tenchi's, Fly, "Claws", and Teleport. Using the illusions she generates a fake lighthawk sword.

In the end of the Movie she was killed by her Yazuha and turns into a crystal. The scifintic genius Washu used this crystal and was able to resurrect Mayuka, and she was reborn as a baby.
